1. Flip-up standby automatically

Turn on: This function is enabled by default when the switch is set to ON, IR, or ATUO.

Suitable for helmet mounting, when the device is powered on:

l Automatically standby when flip-up over the head.

l Automatically working when flip-down for use again.

2. Standby in state of rest

When the device is in ON, IR, or AUTO mode, it automatically detects its posture. If it remains state of rest more than 100 seconds, it will enter standby to save power and protect the image intensifier tube. The device will automatically working when motion is detected again.

3. IR illuminator

Provides supplemental infrared illumination for operation in extremely dark environments.

4. AUTO IR illuminator

The IR illuminator turns on automatically when the environment brightness is below 1 lux (red status light stays on steadily).

The IR illuminator turns off automatically when the environment brightness is approximately above 10 lux (red status light turns off).

5. Manual gain control

Users can adjust image brightness through the gain control knob to achieve optimal viewing performance under different lighting conditions.

6. Strong Light Protection

When the strong light protection function is enabled:

The image intensifier tube power supply will turn off automatically if the environment brightness exceeds 120 lux for 1 consecutive minute.


The image intensifier tube power supply will turn off automatically immediately if the environment brightness reaches 200 lux for 1 consecutive second.


This significantly reduces the risk of permanent tube damage.

7. Low battery indicator


For AA battery: When the voltage drops below 1.2V, the yellow status light flashes every 10 seconds as a low-battery alert.

For CR123 battery: When the voltage drops below 2.7V, the yellow status light flashes every 10 seconds as a low-battery alert.


Users receive early warning before battery depletion affects operation.

8. Low Battery consumption

Optimized circuit design minimizes power usage and maximizes operational runtime.
