In the field of modern night vision technology, binocular fusion night vision devices have become a model for the fusion application of low-light and infrared imaging technologies with their innovative technical architecture and excellent environmental adaptability. Through multi-spectral information fusion algorithms, the device achieves high-precision detection and recognition of targets in complex low-light environments, providing key technical support for military reconnaissance, security monitoring, outdoor detection and other fields.
一.Integration of multi-spectral imaging modules
The device is IP67 certified and can operate stably in a temperature range of -40°C to +60°C, with no condensation at 95% relative humidity (30°C). The optical system and circuit modules maintain structural stability in a 10-500Hz wideband vibration environment (acceleration ≤10g). For electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), the device has passed the GJB151B-2013 military standard test and meets the requirements for radiated emission and sensitivity in the 30MHz-18GHz frequency band.
In nighttime tactical reconnaissance missions, the equipment can penetrate interference such as camouflage nets and vegetation shielding, and simultaneously identify the movement trajectory of personnel and the thermal characteristics of vehicle engines, providing multi-dimensional information for battlefield situation assessment. Through integration with individual tactical radio stations, real-time feedback of detection data can be achieved, improving the efficiency of information sharing in team operations.
As a new generation of night vision equipment, binocular fusion night vision goggles have achieved a leap from single imaging to multi-spectral intelligent perception through technological innovation. Their performance indicators have reached the international advanced level, providing standardized and high-precision observation solutions for night operations in various industries.
IREEDA's binocular fusion night vision device adopts a dual-optical parallel design, equipped with a low-light image enhancement system and an uncooled infrared thermal imaging system. The low-light channel uses a third-generation super-second-generation image intensifier, and realizes photon-electron conversion and multi-level multiplication through a microchannel plate (MCP). In a starlight-level illumination environment below 0.001lux, it can output a clear image with a resolution of ≥64lp/mm; the infrared channel is equipped with a 640×512 resolution vanadium oxide (VOx) detector, the working band covers 8-14μm long-wave infrared, and the thermal sensitivity (NETD) is ≤50mK, which can accurately capture temperature differences of 0.1℃.

In the perimeter defense of important facilities, the equipment can realize automatic alarm of intrusion targets (response time ≤ 1s) and alarm accuracy ≥ 98% through intelligent target recognition algorithms (supporting human/vehicle classification). With the pan-tilt control system, 360° panoramic monitoring and gaze tracking of key areas can be achieved, effectively making up for the performance shortcomings of traditional monitoring in low-light environments.
