DA-N (384) is a lightweight , automotive-grade product customized by Ireeda for the automotive market. It is mainly composed of infrared camera and control box. Each one is installed independently. The infrared camera is mainly installed on the inside of the grille above the vehicle bumper. The control box can be installed in a hidden position in the car. The infrared camera is responsible for image acquisition and can be used in various harsh environment, and the control box is responsible for algorithm strategies of two major functions: the PCW and FCW.
This product can be used in front installation, rear installation and driving assistance of passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, special vehicles, etc.. It can also be used for night vision system of a vehicle and offer autonomous driving solutions, etc. . Product installation methods are flexible and changeable in order to satisfy the needs of customer when driving in different environments and weather conditions. The product can also ensure the safety of vehicles when driving in harsh environments such as no light at night, glare, haze, rain and snow, etc.
Today we are going you introduce you two important functions of the infrared camera: Pedestrian and vehicle detection and identification, collision warning function.
1. Pedestrian detection and identification, collision warning function
The system can detect and identify pedestrian targets in a completely no light environment normally. When a pedestrian appears within the vehicle's field of view detection range, it can detect and identify upright pedestrian targets in image scenes and marked with a green rectangular frame; with infrared AI intelligent algorithm strategy, when a pedestrian appears in a warning area, the collision warning function can be triggered and a red rectangular frame will appear to mark the pedestrian's location, and it will display a red triangle sign with a human on it, and the control box will start the Alarm to make an alarming sound simultaneously, reminding the driver to pay attention to the condition ahead.
2. Vehicle detection and recognition collision warning function
The system can detect and identify vehicle targets in a completely no light environment normally. When other vehicles appear within the vehicle's field of view detection range, it can detect and identify vehicle targets in image scenes and marked with a yellow rectangular frame; with infrared AI intelligent algorithm strategy, when a vehicle appears in a warning area, the collision warning function can be triggered and a yellow rectangular frame will appear to mark the vehicle's location, and it will display a red triangle sign with a vehicle on it, and the control box will start the Alarm to make an alarming sound simultaneously, reminding the driver to pay attention to the condition ahead.
