The performance of the infrared detector directly determines the performance level of the infrared thermal imaging system.
Infrared core products are composed of infrared optical lenses, infrared detectors, signal processing circuits, and image processing algorithms, and are the core modules for realizing photoelectric imaging.
Optical system: its function is to collect and converge the infrared radiation energy from the target scene, similar to the receiving antenna of radio equipment;
Infrared detector: sense infrared radiation, convert energy into electrical signal, and through electronic processing, finally transform infrared image visible to human eyes;
Signal processing circuit: its function is to amplify, process and multiplex the photoelectric signal of the infrared detector, and its functions mainly include bias, sampling readout, linear conversion, A/D conversion, integral control, etc.;
Display processing circuit: output digital signal or imaging display according to certain requirements, perform non-uniform correction, automatic gain and brightness control, and gray scale adjustment on the signal; or perform temperature measurement analysis on each part of the image, pseudo-color display, etc.
Infrared thermal imaging camera is also called infrared thermal imaging complete machine system. Thermal imaging camera is a product with complete photoelectric imaging function. The structural parts assemble the movement and the infrared optical lens. The lens gathers the infrared radiation energy of the target onto the focal plane of the detector of the movement. The infrared video signal output by the movement is the video output signal of the whole machine component.
