Overview
IREEDA Laser Range Sensor Comprehensive Test System, DA LR-ETS, enables full assembly testing and online alignment of laser ranging sensors, combined with image data acquisition and analysis to extract the spot centroid for calibration between the targeting optical axis and laser emission axis, as well as between the laser emission axis and receiving optical axis of the laser ranging sensor.
Product Function
Designed for comprehensive testing of laser ranging sensors/lidar, capable of performing the following parameter tests:
- Deviation measurement between laser emission optical axis and laser reception optical axis
- Deviation measurement between aiming optical axis and laser emission optical axis
- Consistency verification between mechanical structure datum and optical axis
- Laser divergence angle measurement
- Pulse energy
- Pulse repetition frequency measurement
System Test Accuracy
- Deviation test between laser emission optical axis and laser reception optical axis: Pixel-level accuracy
- Deviation test between aiming optical axis and laser emission optical axis: Pixel-level accuracy
- Laser divergence angle measurement range: 0.3 mrad - 15 mrad
- Laser energy, pulse frequency, and pulse peak power measurement: Supported
- Automated spot image analysis with eccentric error identification and laser 3D intensity profile testing (configurable upgrade)
