(I)UV Scanning Vibrating Lens

IREEDA high-performance vibrating lens is specifically designed for UV laser scanning systems, widely used in UV laser marking machines, 3D printers, and precision microfabrication equipment.


Available in three high-quality substrates – Silicon, K9, and Quartz – the lens achieves reflectance > 99.5% at 355nm (UV) and > 85% at 650nm (red pilot beam), supporting both processing and alignment requirements.

With a dynamic incidence angle of 45° + 12.5°, the lens is optimized for high-speed oscillating scanning in galvanometer systems. Incident light sizes range from 7mm to 30mm, with customization available upon request to suit various laser equipment configurations.

(II)YAG Laser Scanning Mirror

The YAG Laser Scanning Mirror is a core actuating element in fiber laser galvanometer systems, specifically optimized for high-speed dynamic scanning at 1064nm. Mounted on galvanometer motors, it converts a static laser beam into a controllable 2D scanning trajectory through high-frequency oscillation, serving as a critical component for metal marking, cutting, and welding processes.

Available in Silicon, K9, and Quartz substrates, the Silicon variant stands out with excellent thermal conductivity, capable of handling fiber laser powers up to several hundred watts for demanding industrial applications. The coating delivers reflectance > 99.5% at 1064nm, effectively minimizing thermal lensing, while maintaining > 85% reflectance at 650nm for convenient red pilot beam alignment.

The lens supports a 45°±12.5° dynamic incidence angle range, with incident beam sizes from 7mm to 30mm available in stock. Customization options are offered to match mainstream galvanometer motor interfaces.

(III) Scanning Vibroscope Mirror with Green Light

In laser processing, certain materials have long been considered "troublesome" — gold, silver, copper, and aluminum. Their absorption rate for conventional 1064nm fiber lasers is extremely low. Most energy is reflected back during processing, leading to poor efficiency and even the risk of damaging the laser source.

532nm green light offers a breakthrough. Copper absorbs green light at about 40% — an 8x improvement compared to just 5% with infrared.

The green scanning vibrating lens is the final relay baton in this solution. Its mission is straightforward yet critical: deliver the 532nm laser beam precisely and at high speed to every processing point — without energy loss, without distortion.
