Overview
DA-GPNVG is a ground-based panoramic night vision goggles that provides the user with more information and enables the user to complete the OODA cycle (Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act) more quickly. It features four separate image intensifier tubes, four separate objective lenses aligned in the panoramic direction, and two middle lenses pointing forward like traditional binocular goggles, providing users with an unprecedented 120° field of view. DA-GPNVG has left and right tubes suspended from the bridge, and the user can choose pupil distance adjustment. The IPD of both systems can be adjusted from the helmet.
